Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@getsimcoe.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement!
Exchanges
You have 30 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact info@getsimcoe.com. Please include your order # and the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, our team will process the exchange order and you will be notified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada! If you're outside one of these two countries, please contact us at info@getsimcoe.com.
U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders are shipped on the same or the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders are shipped within 3 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Simcoe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this event, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
